Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the fragrance must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unopened, unused, with its protective seal intact, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or sent in error.
If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning your item.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.
We will evaluate the issue and work to provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrances that have been opened, used, or have had their protective seal removed cannot be returned.
Products must be returned in their original sealed packaging.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Sale items or products purchased as part of promotional offers may be excluded from the right of return where permitted by applicable law.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible products.
The fastest way to receive a different fragrance is to request a return and place a new order once your return has been approved.

European Union Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable European Union regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
However, in accordance with regulations governing sealed goods and hygiene-related products, only fragrances that remain unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging are eligible for return.
Proof of purchase may be required.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days following approval of the return.
