What is the minimum order quantity?

We adapt minimums to the size and profile of each reseller. No rigid tiers — we prefer to discuss your actual needs in order to build a collaboration that works long-term. Contact us for a tailored proposal.

How are professional orders delivered?

Professional orders are processed within 24–48 business hours from our Paris-region atelier (Nanterre, 92). Delivery is by carrier depending on volume and destination. Collection in person is possible by appointment.

Do you deliver across the UK?

Yes, we ship to the United Kingdom. Delivery conditions and pricing for UK orders are to be discussed with our team at the time of first contact.

Do you work with resellers in Europe?

Yes. We ship to all EU countries. For orders outside France, delivery and pricing terms are to be agreed with our team during the first contact.

What are the usual lead times from order to delivery?

For France: 2–4 business days after your order is processed. For Europe: 3–7 business days depending on destination. Lead times may vary during peak periods — we will always keep you informed.
